WHO DO YOU SHIP THROUGH?
We ship all US orders through the United States Postal Service, allowing each order to be tracked at www.usps.com. When your product has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number that can be used for your records, and to see when your fabulous new items will arrive at your home
Currently, we only ship to addresses located in the United States.
Allow up to 2-3 business days for processing. Shipping times and insured packages vary based on choice of shipping method.
You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.
Please note that if you do not enter the correct billing address that is on file with your bank, we will not ship your order until further verification is obtained. This is to prevent credit card fraud and protect us and our customers.
We are not responsible for any delays with shipping once the package has been turned over to the delivery service.
We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location or upgrade to priority mail shipping.
U.S. POSTAL SERVICE PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS SHIPPING
Orders must be received by 1:00pm Eastern Standard Time Monday-Friday and will be processed and shipped same day. Orders received after these times will be processed and shipped the following business day.
Priority Express shipments arrive within 2 business days following the order date; 1 day shipping is available in select locations. Priority Express Mail prices are based on weight and destination. Shipping Address information must be provided to receive a shipping quote.
Local Pick up?
Local Pick up is offered to customers that reside in and around the Toledo, Ohio area. The Local Pick up option is free at check out. The Local pick up location is centrally located in Toledo, Ohio 43615.
How Local Pick up works:
Once a customer places and pays for their order the order will be packaged up and put at the Local Pick up location. Once the order is ready for pick up the customer will be notified. The customer can then, pick up the order Monday - Sunday 9am-8pm at their convenience. All orders are under surveillance and brought in at night.

Do not select local pick up if you do not reside in the area or are unable to collect your package. Your package will not be sent to you until shipping charges are collected.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We are sorry, but once orders have completed check out they cannot be canceled, mortified, or changed in any way. Please refer to our return policy.
WHAT SIZE DO I ORDER?
We know that every lady has her own unique shape, which means there is no foolproof way to find the perfect size when shopping online. We do provide a general sizing chart, product description, and other details on every single page to help you figure out what you need. We also include model measurements, when possible.
You can also watch clothing try on videos and live feed on our social media accounts to receive the best idea on how each item fits.
CAN YOU HELP ME PUT AN OUTFIT TOGETHER?
Of course! It’s what we do best! You can find advice by following us on our Social Media accounts through photos, live feed, stories, etc. We try our best to pick items in each Collection that can be perfectly paired together in order to make multiple outfits when purchased together.
HOW DO I GET DISCOUNTS AND HOW DO I USE THEM?
We will announce and post discounts and sales on our website and social media pages. Most sales will include a discount code that can be entered by the customer at checkout on the checkout page. Only one discount can be used at a time.

Items in our inventory are subject to markdown at anytime at our discretion. You may return the item you purchased and place a new order for the item from your store credit balance, but we cannot guarantee there will be stock remaining once your return is processed
