Sometimes things don’t quite work out. We understand, and in the unfortunate circumstance that you need to return your fabulous find, we’ll make it easy. All unworn, clean, damage free, and unaltered clothing with tags still attached can be returned within 10 days of delivery for a full refund (right back to your original form of payment. Shipping fee not included in refund). 

Return items can be shipped back to the return address. Customer is responsible for cost of shipping returned items back. Please include the packing slip and indicate that it is a return.

Any returns made past the 10 day return policy period: will be issued refunds in the form of a Discount Code for the exact amount and return shipping will need to be taken care of by the customer. These returns will only be accepted within 25 days of the delivery date of your order. 

  • ALL Returns must be in original, unused, unworn condition with no defects, no stains, no pet hair, no smells, or any signs that the item has been worn or used, with all tags attached and all packing slips included with the return. 

  • Please allow up to 2-4 business days to process your return once we receive it.

  • For returned items past the 25 day return period, a 25% restocking fee will be subtracted from the store credit given. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The 25 days starts from the day the order was received by the customer. Returns older than 30 days will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense. Rejected returns will only be held for 10 days. 

  • Shipping charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for returned shipping costs, lost or stolen packages.


  • Exchanges are only for the same item in different size or color. Due to our limited quantities per unique style we can't guarantee an exchange will be possible. 

  • Exchanges must be made within 20 days of the original purchase date.

  • The item you return must meet all of the return guidelines listed above.

  • Ship your return item back (customer is responsible for cost of shipping). Once we receive the return item (please allow up to 7 business days for processing), we will ship out your new item.

  • If we are currently sold out of the size desired, we will be unable to process an exchange so please refer to the return instructions above.

Defects or Damaged Items:

  • Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. Please be sure to inspect your items within 3 days of receiving your delivery for defects and issues. Contact customer service via email immediately with any concerns: hollyrosecollection@gmail.com

  • All defects and issues must be notified via email within that 3 day window, and must include order number and images of the issue.

  • Any item defects found after 3 days of receiving the shipment will be rejected.

  • We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period of time, removed tags, washed or worn it.

  • We are not responsible for damages due to improper care by the customer, intentional damage, and damage caused by shipping.

  • Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: The following items are non-returnable & non-refundable. No exceptions.

Holly Rose Collection reserves the right to reject returns for any reason and improper use of the return policy.

  • All items purchased during a sale

To ship back your order: 

  • If possible utilize the mailer bag for clothing and utilize the original box for shoes when possible.

  • Feel free to ship your orders back with the carrier of your choice - shipping with tracking information is recommended. 

  • You may ship back multiple orders in the same package as long as you include the packing slips for each order. 

  • When making a return, please include the original packing slip and any notes (written or via email) as to why it is being returned. (Be sure that your name and e-mail address are inside the package so we know who it is from and who we need to contact!)

  • Please ship the return items to the return address listed on your packing slip or postage stamp.
